Ingredients
300g fresh tuna
1 red onion
A bunch of coriander leaves and stems
1 roasted red capsicum (peeled and deseeded)
Lot 8 Citrus Olive Oil
Pinch of flaky salt
Some freshly ground pepper
Mixed salad leaves to serve
Method
Prep: 15 mins
Cook time: 0 mins
Extra time 120 mins
1. Chop tuna finely until ‘minced'
2. Finely dice red onion
3. Finely chop coriander leaves and a few stems
4. Mix all ingredients together with citrus oil
5. Season to taste and refrigerate for at least 2 hours
